Easy to make Pink velvet cupcake

Speaking frankly, I started out making the “Red velvet cupcakes”. The only thing I did differently was not using scary amounts of red food coloring that goes into this cake making it appear fabulously red n instead use a healthier alternative. I have used beetroot pulp to get the pink colour (sadly not red 🙁 ). So…that’s it, nothing more to complain here I guess. I ultimately landed up with this tasty “Eggless pink velvet cupcake”. I am a cake lover and love experimenting with different flavours and combinations. Although I have tasted various types of fruit cakes, they were never on my list of favorites, since it’s not considered advisable to bind together certain fruits and dairy in a single dish. This esp. holds valid for citrus fruits, as its acidity can cause adverse reactions when used in combination with milk or milk products like butter. Easy yummy Choco chip muffins

There will be instances when you check the snack boxes in your pantry and figure out there’s hardly anything to munch on. You would be surprised if I say it’s the same scenario in my kitchen, even after all the quick bites and sweet dishes that I so frequently make. It’s just that I make very little quantity of everything so that nothing gets wasted n is just sufficient for one round of home supply.
