Custard is an easy to make dessert that I remember my mom making frequently while I was small. Whenever I craved for Icecream, the vanilla custard she made would do the trick – made me happy and her job easier.

  • Take butter in a mixing bowl and whip till creamy.
  • Add vanilla essence and Icing sugar.
  • Whip again till the batter gets whitish and creamy.
  • Sieve in flour and baking powder to the batter.

  • If the batter is sticky, you could refrigerate for 5 mins.
